Wandering around Tempelhof-Schöneburg, looking for the Friedenau cemetery, we saw this road name and knew we'd gone wrong!
Explanation: In German, 'ein Fehler' is a mistake, error, bug, failure, goof-up, defect etc. It also happens to be the family name of local politician Adolf Fehler, who is buried in the nearby Friedenau cemetery.
Despite his name, Adolf didn't make a botch of his life.
